2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard

Preparation method
- Place the eggs
- parsley
- milk
- oil
- salt
- yeast, and sugar in a blender and blend well
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and gradually incorporate the flour
- Work the dough until it is homogeneous and no longer sticks to your hands
- Let the dough rest for one hour
- Sauté the onion
- bell pepper, and tomatoes in a pan
- Add the tomato sauce
- mustard, and ketchup to the sauté
- Season to taste and mix in the sausages to finish the filling
- Line a baking dish with half of the prepared dough
- Spread the mashed potatoes over the dough layer
- Distribute the sausage filling evenly on top
- Cover with the remaining dough
- Brush an egg yolk over the surface to ensure it browns
- Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 40 minutes
