Easy homemade baked pastel (Pastel assado)

Ingredients

1 kg de wheat flour
500 g de gordura vegetal
1 teaspoon de salt
290 ml de refrigerante de guaraná gelado
1 kg de minced beef
Salt e temperos to taste para a carne
1 gema de egg para pincelar

Where to find ingredients

Look for the ingredients in well-stocked supermarkets, fresh produce markets, butchers, fishmongers, baking suppliers and shops that carry Brazilian or Latin American foods. Cultural ingredients such as palmito, requeijao, feijao de corda, jilo, pastel, galinhada and abracadinhos are best used as originally named; substitutes should only be used when necessary and treated as substitutes.

Preparation method

  1. In a bowl grande, mix a wheat flour, a gordura vegetal e o salt
