Where to find ingredients
You can find fresh fish at local fish markets. Ingredients like coconut milk, tomatoes, garlic, and herbs are available in general supermarkets and local food markets. If fresh shark is unavailable, firm-fleshed white fish is a suitable substitute.
Preparation method
- Season the fish with the lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper
- Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour
- In a large pan, heat the oil and sauté the tomatoes until soft
- Add the coconut milk to the pan and let it heat through
- Place the fish in the pan and cook for about 15 minutes, until it is tender and coated in the sauce
- Adjust the salt and pepper to your preference
