Where to find ingredients
Look for the ingredients in the fresh produce section, the dairy case, and the baking aisle at your local supermarket or greengrocer. If needed, finely grated Parmesan can be replaced with another hard grating cheese.
Preparation method
- In the blender jug, add the cooked carrot, milk, eggs and half of the grated cheese
- Blend well until you have a smooth, even mixture
- Grease an ovenproof dish with butter or oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired
- Pour the blender mixture into the prepared dish
- Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese over the top, if using
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 to 30 minutes, or until the soufflé is golden and set
