Ingredients

200 ml coconut milk
3 eggs
500 ml whole milk
250 ml vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups plain flour
3 tablespoons cornflour
1 tablespoon baking powder
Salt to taste
1 medium onion, finely chopped
10 green olives, pitted and chopped
1 cup tomato purée
1 tablespoon dried oregano
250 g ham, chopped
300 g mozzarella cheese, chopped
Margarine for greasing
Plain flour for dusting
Grated parmesan cheese to taste
Dried oregano to taste

  10. Bake in a preheated oven at a moderate temperature (180°C) for approximately 45 minutes, or until the pie is golden and set
