1 kg shark, firm-fleshed fish with a mild flavor
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil or vegetable oil

2 bottles of coconut milk, approximately 400 ml each
2 ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
4 cloves of garlic, minced or crushed
1 lemon, juice for seasoning
