7 ears of fresh green corn
1/2 cup granulated sugar
Where to find ingredients

Preparation method
- Using a sharp knife, carefully scrape the kernels off all the corn cobs
- Transfer the corn kernels to a blender jar, add the milk and sugar
- Blend very well until the mixture is homogeneous
- Pass the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove excess fibers, pressing well with a spoon to extract all the liquid
- Pour the strained content into a pot and place over medium heat
- Cook while stirring constantly with a spatula to prevent sticking to the bottom, until the mixture thickens and reaches a creamy consistency
- Transfer the pudding into a serving dish, finish by sprinkling ground cinnamon on top and serve immediately or refrigerate to cool
