1 liter milk
8 tablespoons sugar
1 small bottle coconut milk
100 g unsweetened dried shredded coconut
6 tablespoons cornstarch

Preparation

  6. Cook for one more minute after it starts to boil
  7. Transfer the mixture to a decorative mold previously greased with oil or simply dampened with water
  8. Wait for the dessert to cool
  9. Refrigerate for 2 hours to firm up
  10. Unmold and serve accompanied by plum or strawberry syrup
