- Season as ripas de costela com o garlic socado, suco de limão e salt
- Coloque a beef temperada em uma assadeira
- Cover a assadeira firmemente com papel laminado
- Leve ao oven pré-aquecido a temperatura média (aproximadamente 180°C) e bake por 3 horas
- Retire o papel laminado
- Continue assando por mais tempo, virando a beef ocasionalmente e regando com o broth de beef (se estiver usando) ou com os próprios sucos da assadeira, até dourar bem
- Se o molho na assadeira secar, add um pouco de água fervente para evitar que grude e para criar mais molho
