Creamy prawns with four cheeses (Camarão com 4 queijos)

Ingredients

3 fatias de cheese prato
2 dentes de garlic adoughdos
3 fatias de cheese pregglone
2 caixas de cream
Salt to taste
1/2 copo de requeijao creamy
1 colher bem cheia de mostarda
2 colheres de extrato de tomato
Temperos secos e verdes to taste

Where to find ingredients

Look for the ingredients in well-stocked supermarkets, fresh produce markets, butchers, fishmongers, baking suppliers and shops that carry Brazilian or Latin American foods. Cultural ingredients such as palmito, requeijao, catupiry, cassava flour, goiabada, cachaca, pacoca, charque, feijoada and moranga are best used as originally named; substitutes should only be used when necessary and treated as substitutes.

Preparation method

  8. Quando o sauce começar a ferver, desligue o fogo
  9. Transfira para um refratário e serve quente
