100 g butter
4 eggs
1 can Coca-Cola
3 cups (tea) wheat flour
1 cup (tea) chocolate powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 can table cream

Where to find ingredients
All ingredients are available at local supermarkets. Table cream (creme de leite) can be found in the dairy or international foods aisle; as a substitute, use heavy cream, though table cream is the traditional choice.
Preparation method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- In a large bowl, beat the sugar with the butter until you obtain a light and fluffy cream
- Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Reserve the whites
- Add the yolks to the butter and sugar cream and beat well until incorporated
- Add the Coca-Cola to the mixture, alternating with the dry ingredients (flour and chocolate powder), beating constantly
- Add the baking powder and mix gently
- Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form
- Incorporate the beaten egg whites into the cake batter, stirring gently from bottom to top so as not to lose the air
- Pour the batter into a round bundt pan, previously greased and floured
- Place in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 35 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
- While the cake bakes, prepare the frosting: in a saucepan, mix the table cream, 3 tablespoons of sugar, butter, and 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
- Bring to low heat, stirring constantly, until the frosting thickens slightly
- Remove the cake from the oven, wait for it to cool slightly, and unmold
- Cover the still-warm cake with the prepared frosting
