Preparation method
- Begin by preheating your oven to 180°C
- Place the eggs, milk, condensed milk, sugar, margarine, wheat flour, cornflour and baking powder in the blender and blend well until smooth
- Prepare a pan about 22 cm in diameter by lightly greasing it with margarine
- Pour only half of the batter into the pan and scatter the chopped chocolate over it
- Finish by covering everything with the remaining batter
- Bake for about 40 minutes, or until the cake is golden and well baked
- Remove from the oven, let the cake cool a little, then carefully turn it out to serve
Observations
This is a very practical recipe, ideal when you want a sweet cake that comes together quickly in the blender. The condensed milk in the batter gives it a special texture and an extra touch of sweetness.
