Observations
The yoghurt cake is one of those essential recipes that belongs in every kitchen notebook. Because it uses plain yoghurt, the crumb remains incredibly moist and soft, ensuring an irresistible result. Making it in a blender makes life much easier for those who do not want to spend too much time in the kitchen. For a special touch, you can add lemon or orange zest to the batter. Always remember to sift the flour to keep the cake light.
