Where to find ingredients
You can find condensed milk, eggs, and sugar at any local supermarket or neighborhood grocery store. Use standard whole milk from the dairy aisle.
Preparation method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C for 10 minutes.
- In a blender, process the eggs, condensed milk, and milk for approximately 3 minutes until the mixture is smooth and thoroughly combined.
- Prepare the syrup directly in a ring mold. Add the sugar and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until it melts and turns into a golden caramel.
- Carefully coat the bottom and sides of the mold with the prepared caramel.
- Pour the blender mixture into the caramel-lined mold.
- Place the mold in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 minutes, or until the pudding is set and the top is lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely before placing it in the refrigerator.
- Chill for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, to ensure the pudding is firm.
- To unmold, gently run a knife around the edges and invert the mold onto a serving platter.
