Where to find ingredients
You can find these ingredients at local Belizean supermarkets or fresh produce markets. Look for fresh shrimp at local fishmongers. Requeijão cremoso and pimenta de cheiro are specific Brazilian items; if unavailable, use cream cheese or mild white cheese as a substitute for requeijão, and sweet bell peppers as a substitute for pimenta de cheiro.
