Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 cup olive oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
100 g grated parmesan-style cheese
3 cups sweet tapioca starch
1 cup olive oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
100 g grated parmesan-style cheese
3 cups sweet tapioca starch
Where to find ingredients
Look for the ingredients in the dairy aisle, baking section, and spice shelves at supermarkets or local groceries. If needed, parmesan-style cheese can be used as a substitute for the grated cheese.
Preparation method
- Add the milk, olive oil, eggs, salt, grated cheese and sweet tapioca starch to the blender jug
- Blend all the ingredients until you get a smooth, even batter
- Prepare mini pie tins or pão de queijo moulds by greasing them with butter or margarine
- Divide the batter among the tins, filling them only halfway
- Place in the preheated oven
- Bake until the breads are a deep golden colour
Observations
This is the ideal solution for making a tasty snack with almost no effort. You’ll get light little breads with a soft centre and an irresistible golden crust.
