Observations
Shrimp rice is a traditional Brazilian dish that balances the taste of the sea with the aromatic profile of typical local seasonings. It is the ideal choice for those seeking a tasty, easy-to-prepare meal using accessible ingredients. The technique involves sautéing the aromatics, cooking the rice in a blend of coconut milk and shrimp stock, and finishing with seasoned shrimp, which creates a creamy texture and a rich flavor profile.
