Ingredients
1 kg of beef (chuck, shoulder, or shin) or pork loin, cut into large cubes
Optional: medium potatoes, peeled and cut into thick slices
3 to 4 beef bouillon cubes
8 large onions, cut into thick slices

Preparation method
- Line the bottom of the pressure cooker with half of the onion slices.
- Crumble 1 or 2 bouillon cubes over the onions.
- Add the meat cubes on top of the onions.
- Season the meat with the remaining bouillon cubes.
- Cover the meat with the remaining onion slices.
- Seal the pressure cooker and cook over medium heat for approximately 25 minutes after reaching pressure.
- Turn off the heat and allow the pressure to release naturally.
- If adding potatoes, remove the top layer of onions, add the potato slices, reseal, and cook for another 10 minutes after reaching pressure.
- Wait for the pressure to release naturally before opening the lid.
