- Prepare a gelatina de abacaxi dissolvendo-a em 1 cup de água fervente e set aside
- Prepare as duas caixas de gelatina de morango dissolvendo-as juntas em 1 cup de água fervente e set aside
- Coloque no liquidificador o cream light, a gelatina de abacaxi já dissolvida e a Coca-Cola gelada
- Beat bem todos os ingredientes até obter uma mistura homogênea
- Despeje a mistura em uma forma (previamente pbaked em água fria para facilitar na hora de desenformar) ou em taças individuais
- Leve à fridge por aproximadamente 3 hours, ou até firmar bem
- Desenforme com cuidado, se necessário, e decore to taste antes de servir
