2,5 litros de água fria
500 g de feijão verde
2 tabletes de broth de beef
3 colheres (sopa) de oil vegetal
1 paio em rodelas

2 cups e 1/2 (chá) de rice branco
150 g de cheese de cogarlic em fatias finas

- Let o feijão verde de molho em água de um dia para o outro
- No dia seguinte, escorra o feijão e cook-o In a pan com 2,5 litros de água fria e os tabletes de broth de beef
- Tampe a panela e cook em fogo baixo por aproximadamente 1 hora, ou até o feijão ficar macio
- Enquanto o feijão cozinha, aqueça o oil em outra panela
- Doure o paio, a onion grated e o garlic adoughdo no oil
- Add o rice lavado e escorrido e o coentro chopped ao refogado, e saute bem por alguns minutes
- Junte o feijão cozido com o broth do cozimento ao refogado de rice
- Mix todos os ingredientes, tampe a panela e cook em fogo baixo até o rice ficar cozido e a mistura ficar úmida e creamy
- Distribua as fatias de cheese de cogarlic sobre o rice
- Tampe a panela novamente e let o vapor derreter o cheese por alguns minutes
- Serve o Baião de Dois quente, acompanhado de beef-de-sol frita ou assada, se desejar
