Observations
This colorful rice is an excellent way to use up leftover cooked rice and turn it into a unique one-pot dish. The combination of sautéed vegetables with the freshness of mango, apple, and pineapple creates an irresistible sweet and savory flavor that the whole family will enjoy. If you prefer a more protein-packed version, add sautéed shrimp during the sautéing process.
