1 tin sweetened condensed milk
1 tin table cream
1 tin coconut milk
1 sachet unflavoured gelatine

Sweetened condensed milk, tin cream, coconut milk, and sachets of unflavoured gelatine are widely available in the baking and canned goods aisles of major supermarkets across Eswatini, including Pick n Pay, Shoprite, and OK Foods. Tinned prunes in syrup can be found in the canned fruit section.
Preparation method
- Combine the condensed milk, cream, and coconut milk in a blender.
- Dissolve the gelatine in 1/2 a glass of warm
- water and add it to the remaining ingredients in the blender.
- Blend continuously for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Grease a mould with oil, pour in the ingredients, and refrigerate for 4 hours, then unmould and serve with dark prunes in syrup.
