Ingredients
3 cups shrimp stock
2 peeled, seeded tomatoes, chopped
1 chopped pimento pepper

1 finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon dende oil
Chopped fresh herbs to taste
2 cups washed and dried rice
800 g cleaned shrimp seasoned with salt, black pepper, and garlic sauce

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation method
- Sauté the rice

- Finish and serve

- Gently mix
- Serve hot, garnished with more fresh herbs if desired
