Ingredients
3 cups shrimp stock
2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 habanero pepper, chopped
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 bell pepper, finely chopped
3 tbsp garlic sauce
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp dendê oil (palm oil)
Fresh parsley and green onions to taste
2 cups rice, washed and dried
