Ingredients
1 box pineapple jelly
2 boxes strawberry jelly
2 cups boiling water
2 cups chilled Coca-Cola
1 can light cream (drained)
2 boxes strawberry jelly
2 cups boiling water
2 cups chilled Coca-Cola
1 can light cream (drained)
Where to find ingredients
All ingredients can be found in major supermarkets. For the light cream, look for 'Nestlé Media Crema' or similar canned table cream in the international or baking aisles; heavy cream or thickened cream can be used as a substitute if necessary.
Preparation method
- Prepare the pineapple jelly by dissolving it in 1 cup of boiling water and set aside
- Prepare the two boxes of strawberry jelly by dissolving them together in 1 cup of boiling water and set aside
- Place the light cream, the dissolved pineapple jelly, and the chilled Coca-Cola into a blender
- Blend all ingredients well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained
- Pour the mixture into a mold (previously rinsed with cold water to make unmolding easier) or into individual serving glasses
- Refrigerate for approximately 3 hours, or until well set
- Unmold with care, if necessary, and decorate as desired before serving
