Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 cup olive oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
100 g grated Parmesan-style cheese
3 cups sweet tapioca starch
1 cup olive oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
100 g grated Parmesan-style cheese
3 cups sweet tapioca starch
Where to find ingredients
Find the ingredients in the dairy case, baking aisle, and flour section of any well-stocked supermarket or open-market grocery. If needed, use a grated hard cheese substitute for the Parmesan-style cheese, but keep the original ingredient as the ideal choice.
Preparation method
- Add the milk, olive oil, eggs, salt, grated cheese and sweet tapioca starch to the blender jug
- Blend everything until you get a smooth, even batter
- Prepare small tart moulds or cheese bread moulds by greasing them with butter or margarine
- Divide the batter among the moulds, filling them only halfway
- Place in the preheated oven
- Bake until the breads are a deep golden colour
Observations
This is the ideal way to make a tasty snack with very little effort. You will get light little rolls with a soft centre and an irresistible golden crust.
