Ingredients
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Chopped parsley, to taste
2 blocks active dry yeast

1/2 kg all-purpose flour
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 kg sausages, sliced
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/2 can tomato sauce
1 cup mashed potatoes (optional)
Dried oregano, to taste
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard

Preparation method
- Place the eggs in a blender
- Add the parsley
- Add the milk
- Add the vegetable oil
- Add the salt
- Add the yeast and sugar to the blender and blitz until smooth
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the flour bit by bit
- Knead the dough until it is consistent and pulls away cleanly from your hands
- Leave the dough to rest for one hour
- Sauté the onion in a pan
- Add the bell pepper and tomatoes to the pan
- Stir in the tomato sauce
- Add the mustard and ketchup to the mixture
- Season to your liking and stir in the sliced sausages to complete the filling
- Line a baking tray with half of the prepared dough
- Spread the mashed potatoes over the base layer of dough
- Distribute the sausage filling evenly over the top
- Cover with the remaining dough
- Brush a beaten egg yolk over the surface to ensure a golden finish
- Bake in a preheated oven at medium heat for 40 minutes
