Where to find ingredients
You can find fresh seafood at local fish markets or supermarket deli counters. 'Requeijão cremoso' is a unique Brazilian spreadable cheese; if unavailable, a high-quality double cream cheese or crème fraîche serves as a suitable substitute. Annatto powder can be found in the spice aisle of international grocery stores.
Preparation method
- Thoroughly clean the shrimp and marinate in the lime juice and salt for about 20 minutes.
