Where to find ingredients
Raw peanuts, eggs, milk, sugar, breadcrumbs and cocoa powder can be found in supermarkets and general food shops. If cocoa powder is unavailable, use unsweetened drinking chocolate only as a substitute, keeping cocoa powder as ideal.
Preparation method
- Place the raw peanuts in a microwave-safe container
- Toast for 12 minutes on high power
- Process or blend the peanuts until they become a flour
- Transfer the ground peanuts to a bowl
- Add the egg yolk
- Add the milk
- Add the sugar
- Add the breadcrumbs
- Add the cocoa powder
- Mix all the items until the dough is smooth
- Microwave for 4 minutes on high power until it reaches the point for shaping
