1 jar peanut cream
1 package (200 g) cornstarch biscuits
1 tablespoon margarine
Where to find ingredients

Preparation method
- Crush the cornstarch biscuits in a blender until you get a fine crumb.
- In a stand mixer, add the sweetened condensed milk and margarine. Beat until smooth and well combined.
- Gradually add the peanut cream to the mixture in the mixer and keep beating.
- Remove the dough from the mixer and transfer it to a bowl.
- Add the biscuit crumb little by little to the dough. Mix and knead with your hands until all the ingredients are well incorporated and the dough is moldable.
- Transfer the dough to a baking dish or Pyrex dish.
- Refrigerate and let it chill overnight, or for at least 8 hours, so it firms up well.
- Cut the paçoquinha into small squares before serving.
