Preparation method
- Place the bulgur wheat in a bowl
- Cover with water and let it hydrate for 2 hours
- Rinse the bulgur wheat under running water
- Drain well
- Squeeze the bulgur wheat with your hands to eliminate all moisture
- Rinse the chopped onion in cold water and drain
- Mix the bulgur wheat, onion, and the remaining ingredients
- Reserve only the tomato for the final moment
- Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 8 hours
- Incorporate the chopped tomatoes just before serving
