Where to find ingredients

Preparation
- Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites
- Place the milk and the strained egg yolks into a cold saucepan
- Add the chocolate drink powder and the sweetened condensed milk
- Cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes
- Stir continuously until a thick cream forms
- Remove the pan from the heat
- Fold in the ground walnuts and the table cream
- Add the dissolved unflavored gelatin
- Gently fold in the whipped egg whites until the mixture is uniform
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish
- Place in the freezer for approximately 2 hours until it reaches a mousse-like consistency
