Preparation method
- Peel the potatoes and place them in a pot of water.
- Place over high heat until the water begins to boil.
- Add salt and cook for approximately 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
- Drain all the water and pass the potatoes through a potato ricer or masher.
- Mix the butter and egg yolks thoroughly into the mashed potatoes.

- Transfer the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a wide nozzle.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Grease a baking tray with butter and dust lightly with wheat flour.

- Start the movement from the center and pipe in a spiral circle to form the rose shape.
- Leave space between each portion on the baking tray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the surface is lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
