Preparation method
- Place the bulgur wheat in a bowl
- Cover with water and let it hydrate for 2 hours
- Rinse the wheat under running water
- Drain well
- Squeeze the wheat with your hands to remove all excess moisture

- Mix the wheat, onion, and all other ingredients together
