Preparation method
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (approx. 425°F).
- Wash the cauliflower florets in a large bowl filled with water.
- Remove the florets from the water with your hands, leaving any sediment at the bottom of the bowl.
- Drain the florets well in a colander.
- Scrub the radishes clean under running water using a vegetable brush.
- Pat the radishes dry and cut them into halves, or quarters if they are large.
- Peel the carrots and slice them in half crosswise.
- Cut the thinner section of the carrots into four strips lengthwise.
- Cut the thicker section of the carrots into six strips lengthwise.
- Arrange all the prepared vegetables on a large baking sheet.
- Drizzle the vegetables with the olive oil.
- Sprinkle the paprika, salt, and black pepper evenly over the vegetables.
- Toss everything thoroughly to ensure every piece is well coated with the oil and spices.
- Spread the vegetables out on the baking sheet, leaving enough space between them so they roast evenly and brown perfectly.
- Place in the oven and roast for approximately 30 minutes.
- Toss the vegetables with a spatula halfway through the cooking time to ensure they brown on all sides.
- Remove from the oven once they are tender and golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
