500 g ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
2 lightly beaten eggs
50 g grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup all-purpose flour

100 g sliced mozzarella cheese
1 carrot, sliced
2 hard-boiled eggs

Preparation method
- Place the ground beef in a large bowl
- Add the garlic and chopped onion
- Mix in the lightly beaten eggs and grated Parmesan cheese
- Season with salt, oregano, parsley, and pepper
- Mix everything very well
- Gradually add the flour and knead with your hands until a uniform dough is obtained
- Spread the meat mixture on a sheet of aluminum foil lightly greased with oil
- Line the flattened meat with the ham and mozzarella slices
- Layer the carrot slices, hard-boiled eggs, olives, and sliced onion on top
- Roll up the meat using the aluminum foil, shaping it into a roll
- Transfer the roll to a rectangular baking dish
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes
