Ingredients

500 g ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
2 lightly beaten eggs
50 g grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Salt to taste
Oregano to taste
Parsley to taste
Pepper to taste
100 g sliced ham
100 g sliced mozzarella cheese
1 carrot, sliced
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 onion, sliced
1 cup chopped olives

Preparation method

  1. Place the ground beef in a large bowl
  2. Add the garlic and chopped onion
  3. Mix in the lightly beaten eggs and grated Parmesan cheese
  4. Season with salt, oregano, parsley, and pepper
  5. Mix everything very well
  6. Gradually add the flour and knead with your hands until a uniform dough is obtained
  7. Spread the meat mixture on a sheet of aluminum foil lightly greased with oil
  8. Line the flattened meat with the ham and mozzarella slices
  9. Layer the carrot slices, hard-boiled eggs, olives, and sliced onion on top
  10. Roll up the meat using the aluminum foil, shaping it into a roll
  11. Transfer the roll to a rectangular baking dish
  12. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes
