Preparation
- Cook the white beans in a regular pot until they are soft
- Drain the beans and set them aside
- Cook the tripe in water for approximately 40 minutes
- Drain the water from the tripe and set it aside
- Fry the bacon in a large pot until browned
- Add the onion and garlic to the bacon and sauté until lightly golden
