Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 220 ºC (425 ºF)
- Wash the cauliflower florets in a bowl of water
- Remove the florets from the water with your hands so that any dirt remains at the bottom of the bowl

- Dry the radishes and cut them in half or into quarters if they are large
- Peel the carrots and cut them in half crosswise
- Cut the thinner part of the carrot into four lengthwise strips
- Cut the thicker part of the carrot into six lengthwise strips
- Distribute all the vegetables on a large baking sheet
- Drizzle the vegetables with the olive oil
- Sprinkle with the paprika, salt, and black pepper
- Mix everything very well to ensure that each piece is coated with seasoning and oil
- Spread the vegetables on the baking sheet, keeping space between them so they roast evenly and get nicely browned
