1 teaspoon ground coriander seed
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt to taste
2 teaspoons fine cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon all-purpose flour

- Preheat the oven to 200 ºC
- Wash the okra under running water

- Spread the pieces on a large baking sheet, preferably non-stick
- Keep some space between them
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes

- Remove from the oven as soon as they are golden brown
