1 garlic clove, grated
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon ground coriander seed
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt to taste
2 teaspoons fine cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon all-purpose flour

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC
  2. Wash the okra under running water
  3. Drain and dry them very well with a clean kitchen towel
