2 artichokes
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar

  1. Remove the stem from the artichoke if it is present
  2. Place the artichokes upside down inside the pressure cooker
  3. The petals should be facing the bottom of the pot
  4. Add water until it covers the artichokes
  5. Respect the maximum volume limit of your pressure cooker
  6. Close the lid and place over high heat
  7. Reduce to low heat as soon as the pot begins to whistle
  8. Cook for 10 minutes under pressure
  9. Prepare the sauce by melting the butter in the microwave
  10. Combine the melted butter with two tablespoons of water and the vinegar
  11. Add salt to taste and mix well
  12. Turn off the heat after the cooking time
  13. Wait for the pressure to release completely before opening
  14. Remove the artichokes and serve accompanied by the prepared sauce
