Preparation
- Remove the stem from the artichoke if it is present
- Place the artichokes upside down inside the pressure cooker
- The petals should be facing the bottom of the pot
- Add water until it covers the artichokes
- Respect the maximum volume limit of your pressure cooker
- Close the lid and place over high heat
- Reduce to low heat as soon as the pot begins to whistle
- Cook for 10 minutes under pressure
- Prepare the sauce by melting the butter in the microwave
- Combine the melted butter with two tablespoons of water and the vinegar
- Add salt to taste and mix well
- Turn off the heat after the cooking time
- Wait for the pressure to release completely before opening
