Where to find ingredients
Look for beef cuts like eye of round or sirloin at your local butcher or supermarket meat counter. Onions, garlic, bell peppers, tomato puree, bay leaves, salt, pepper, vegetable oil, dry red wine, and beef bouillon cubes can be found in the produce and pantry sections of most grocery stores. Small whole onions may be available in the produce section, often near other specialty onions.
