Observations
This mozzarella soufflé is a comforting recipe that is easy to make, perfect for a quick snack or a light meal.
Using sliced bread as the base, it builds flavourful layers with ham and mozzarella, then is baked until golden and gratinated. It is a versatile option that can also be adapted with other ingredients you prefer.
