Cara membuat
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the chopped onion along with the garlic
- Add the meat cubes
- Add the bay leaf and pepper
- Saute everything until the meat is well browned
- Pour in the water and add the broth cubes
- Stir well until the broth is completely dissolved
- Incorporate the tomato puree
- Add the red wine
- Put the bell pepper
- Mix all ingredients and cook for 30 minutes
- Finish by placing the small onions
- Cook for another 10 minutes before serving
