20 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
15 g active dry yeast
Where to find ingredients
Preparation method
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the water, sugar, salt, olive oil, and milk powder
- In a separate small container, dissolve the dry yeast in a little warm water (make sure it's not hot, so you don't kill the yeast)
- Let the yeast mixture sit for a few minutes until it begins to activate
- Pour the yeast mixture into the large bowl with the other ingredients
- Gradually add the flour to the bowl, working the dough well by hand or with a sturdy spoon
- Keep adding flour until the dough pulls away from your hands cleanly and reaches a uniform consistency
- Knead the dough in the bowl or on a lightly floured surface for about 5 to 10 minutes until it feels smooth and elastic
- Place the dough into a large plastic bag, seal it well, and leave it to rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size
- Once risen, take the dough out of the bag and divide it into portions (this amount is enough for 7 pizzas)
- Shape each portion into a small ball and let them rest for another 20 minutes, covered with a kitchen towel
- Roll each dough ball out into a thin disc and top with your favorite ingredients
- Bake in a preheated oven at the required high temperature until the edges are golden brown
