Ingredients

2 onions médias, descascadas e cortadas em pedaços
500 ml de oil vegetal para fry
Salt to taste

Where to find ingredients

Look for the ingredients in well-stocked supermarkets, fresh produce markets, butchers, fishmongers, baking suppliers and shops that carry Brazilian or Latin American foods. Cultural ingredients such as palmito, catupiry, cassava flour, goiabada, charque, moranga, pamonha, feijoada, bacalhau and pastel are best used as originally named; substitutes should only be used when necessary and treated as substitutes.

Preparation method

  5. Faça isso em etapas se necessário
  6. Transfira a dough para uma tigela grande
  7. Add as onions cortadas e o salt
  8. Mix bem
  11. Aqueça o oil vegetal In a pan funda
