Where to find ingredients
You can find fresh seafood and vegetables at local markets or supermarkets like CPL or Andersons. For authentic Brazilian staples, look for specialty aisles that stock imported goods. If you cannot find requeijão cremoso, a high-quality cream cheese or a thick béchamel sauce can be used as a substitute, though the original product is recommended for the authentic flavor.
