Preparation method
- Keep the half onion intact.
- Attach the bay leaf to the onion using the clove as a pin.
- Heat the pressure cooker over medium heat without the lid.
- Add the olive oil, the prepared onion bundle, and the brown rice.
- Season with salt.
- Sauté the grains for 1 minute until well coated in the oil.
