Preparation method
- Place the bulgur wheat for kibe in a bowl
- Cover with water and let it hydrate for 3 hours
- Drain all excess liquid
- Squeeze the bulgur between your hands to eliminate any remaining moisture

- Mix all ingredients until you obtain a well-incorporated dough
