Method
- Mix the flour and salt in a large bowl
- Make a well in the center of the flour
- Add the oil or melted lard and the vinegar
- Pour in the warm water gradually
- Incorporate the ingredients with your hands until the dough stops sticking to your fingers
- Transfer the dough to a smooth surface
- Knead vigorously until it becomes smooth and homogeneous
