Where to find ingredients
You can find fresh produce, seafood, and pantry staples at local supermarkets or municipal fresh food markets. For authentic Brazilian ingredients like requeijão cremoso or pimenta de cheiro, check specialty international grocers; if unavailable, cream cheese is a common substitute for requeijão, and any mild, fragrant chili can stand in for pimenta de cheiro.
